Dinner Location


Yesterday,our adviser lecture for annual dinner have been meeting at meeting room level 1.

Agenda:
-distribution of duties among lecture for every AJK
-Place of annual dinner
-Theme and concept program
-Date of program
-Attendance / invitation
-Budget program

Result:
-All the lecture that involved,understand their duties
-They have suggestion 3 palace for our annual dinner. [Seaview Restaurant,Katerina & Wetworld]
- Theme: More then glamorous,but still need confirmation from Director dan concept is depend on theme that will be choose
-Date: Expectation date is maybe 31/7 or 7/8 and 14/8 (Friday Night)
-All the important person of KPTM and MARA
-Budget roughly its around 30k

Around 2pm,we have decide to site visit all the place that have been listed for annual dinner,here the picture :

    Kami telah melakukan survay terhadap Katerina.
    Ya betul boleh memuatkan 1000++ orang dengan HANYA MENYUSUN KERUSI SEPERTI CERAMAH SAHAJA.
    Tetapi tidak muat utk 600 orang kalau disusun dgn keadaan Annual Dinner ;)
